Sullivan's Board Company

Lacey is a South Carolina native, born north of Charleston in Florence. Growing up in a traditional southern home she spent hours in the kitchen with her mother, aunts and cousins. Learning many South Carolina staples such as, shrimp and grits, stewed tomatoes and rice, canning, succotash and many more classic recipes. In 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management with honors. After graduation, she worked in all front of house positions at several well known Charleston restaurants and under the notable Sean Brock. During her time in culinary school she traveled to France and Spain. It was there she fell in love with the art of charcuterie. Since then she has enjoyed serving, eating and preparing it.

Brett, who is also a South Carolina native, has been in Charleston over a decade. After attending University of South Carolina for Graphic Design he relocated to the Low Country. He has been creating art by canvas, design, and mixed media since. His most recent professional venture has been carpentry, making him an asset to our charcuterie board building operation. In addition to creating and fabricating our boards, Brett is also the designer behind Sullivan’s Board Company’s logo and web design.

Sullivan’s Board Co. is a product of free time during quarantine that has blossomed into a business, bringing the fine treat of charcuterie straight to your door. The name is inspired by our lovely little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sullivan (Sully for short) who is also named after Charleston’s own, Sullivan’s Island. Our promise is to deliver quality charcuterie boards with fresh local ingredients, fine meats and cheeses, sophisticated styling, and unbeatable convenience.
